K3, like many startup businesses had scaled their technology products, as and when demand increased. While this approach worked, it had left them with an expensive, and disjointed technology experience, as well as out of sync billing cycles, and mis matched contract lengths.

The main components being a private hosted Exchange email platform, a Microsoft family license for desktop software application licenses, and a BT hosted VOIP platform for PSTN functionality.

UC Pro were able to take all 3 separate supplier products, and merge to a single M365 E3 license package, adding only a Teams Phone System license on top, to enable Enterprise Voice functionality and PSTN breakout. This consolidated 3 suppliers into 1, simplified username and password requirements, and reduced billing cycle paperwork.
